Are Menagerie Cosmetics products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We do not test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulations.
When will my order ship?
Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. During new collection launches or holiday sales, processing may take up to 7-10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
